"For my very first time visiting her chair, I came in with a completely botched haircut, a layered bob, with lots of uneven layers, no blending, a hole in the side of my hair where the stylist cut a big chunk out randomly. She took her time, explained to me what we’d need to do which was use an extension to cover the chunk taken out, which she had to color to my hair color, and then go a bit shorter. She paid attention to the smallest of details and ensured I was happy with the end result, which I totally am! For what we had to do to fix it, the price was very fair and reasonable.
